In the event you need to return an item that is not covered under the normal RMA return policy such as a warranty issue or defect, we ask that you contact our customer service department to receive instructions on how to start the warranty process.  You may email them by clicking on customer service hyper link or call directly during regular business hours at 1-888-277-2044.  Please DO NOT SHIP BACK part until your customer service representative has contacted you and gives you directions for your return.
