  • I am a dealer, shop, fleet owner. How can I get a wholesale price on these awesome items? Why, thank you for asking! Please call us on our wholesale line at 1-800-336-2011. We will be happy to give you a quote and get you set up for payment. You can also email us here. Contact Us

 

  • How safe is shopping at Woody’s Accessories online?  Shopping at W.A. online is very safe. We take all precautions to secure all transactions that require personal information. None of your personal information including email address is nor ever will be sold to any outside source.

 

  • Where can I find more information about the products than what’s listed online?  Feel free to email us on our contact page with any questions about our products. Please include a part or code number. We ask that you give us up to 4 business days to get back with requested information. We do our best to reply with answers immediately but our customers are exceptional and sometimes asks us questions we need to confer to our engineering department.

 

  • I live outside the US and it says you cannot deliver to my address? What is wrong?  This does not mean we cannot ship to you! Sometimes a foreign address will not be able to be calculated by our shipping system. For these orders you will need to call or contact us through email.

 

  • I ordered on a weekend, when can I expect my order to ship?  Your order will be processed Monday morning and will ship with in one to two business days. This is the same for holidays as well: orders will be processed within one to two business days after a holiday during a weekday. 

 

  • How much is shipping? It doesn't say at checkout. That is because shipping is FREE in the Continental US!  If you are in Canada or other countries, your order will be held until we get a quote to you the next business day and shipping option is chosen and paid for. 

 

  • Do you have a physical retail location where I can shop? We do not. But we do have product dealers we can recommend that could be in your area and you might even see us at a trucking industry trade show. So make sure to stop by and say hello! 

 

  • What do I do if I have a return? You can go to and fill out our return form and customer service will contact you with instructions. 

 

  • I don't remember my password. How do I get a new one?  In the log in page, at the bottom, there is an area to send us your email and we will be happy to get a shiny new password to you.
