Freight / Orders

Minimum Order Quantities:

Orders must be a minimum of $50 to a single shipping address. Orders less than $50 will be assessed a $5.00 service charge. Initial new customer order must be $1,000. Drop shipments will be charged a $5.00 service fee which is added to final invoice.

It is recommended that faxed orders be typed or printed.

 

Order Fulfillment:

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of the receipt of a purchase order. If an order cannot be shipped within 48 hours, notification will be sent as to the anticipated ship date or time. Orders that are 90% complete will be shipped, unless a special request is made to hold until complete.

 

Backorders:

If an item is on back order, the customer will have the option to cancel or leave the item open for shipment upon receipt of goods. Back orders that are part of a prepaid order will be shipped prepaid.

 

Express Shipments:

Woody’s will ship at the customer’s expense; Next day, 2nd or 3rd Day air upon request. An estimated cost will be provided and added to final invoice.

 

Damage Claims:

All freight damage claims are to be filed with the transportation carrier directly by the receiver.
