Warranties

Kaper / Woody’s warrants its product for varied lengths of time against defects in original materials or workmanship. Problems resulting form misuse, neglect, alterations or normal wear and tear are not covered. The decision to repair or replace the product or to void the warranty rests solely with our Quality Assurance Department. Kaper/Woody’s will not be responsible for any labor related costs associated with the failure of a part. This warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the manufacturer’s parts only.

 

Wood Products:

All wood products are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase. This is a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under the normal intended use of the product. Applies only to the original purchaser.

 

LED Lighting:

Five years from the date of purchase. Limited warranty for material or workmanship defects. Diode or circuit board failures are covered. Normal wear and tear (scratches or chips) on lenses is not covered. Wiring harnesses are not covered. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

 

Incandescent Lighting:

One year from the date of purchase. Limited warranty for material or workmanship defects. Normal wear and tear (scratches or chips) on lenses is not covered. Wiring harnesses are not covered. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

 

Stainless Steel Wheel Accessories:

Five years on stainless simulator sets and other wheel accessories. Limited warranty for material or workmanship defects. Discoloration from chemical cleaners, scratches from road dirt or washes are not covered. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

 

 

Chrome Exterior:

Six months to the original purchaser against rust.

 

Interior Parts:

Six months from the date of purchase. Limited warranty for material or workmanship defects. Normal wear and tear (scratches or misuse) of the parts are not covered. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

 

 

Wooden Steering Wheel:

All wooden steering wheels are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase

Defects in finish are not covered under warranty if:

  • Damage occurred during installation.
  • Damage is result of neglect.
  • Damage is result of misuse.
  • Damage resulting from use as a grab handle to enter the vehicle.
  • Damage caused by lubricants being applied, ie. (brake, transmission, hydraulic, etc.)

 

Warranty Returns:

Parts under warranty will be replaced or repaired and returned to the owner at Woody’s expense. Parts not covered under warranty will be returned to the owner at the owner’s expense. This warranty is subject to change without notice.
