Returns

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) number to be accepted. Please have an accurate count of the products being returned. Fax that list to Customer Service (360-423-0785).

 

Call customer service to obtain an RA number. Identify the RA number on any accompanying paperwork, and clearly mark the outside of the packaging with the same number. Ship the product in resalable form to Kaper / Woody’s, freight prepaid.

 

 

Stock Returns:

Are accepted on a situational basis and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact your sales associate or the customer service department to discuss the options and to obtain a RA number. Returns may not exceed 5% of your previous years purchases. Credits will be issued towards future purchases only; no cash reimbursement will be made. All returns need a RA number or they will be refused and returned.
